7.30pm, Tuesday 14 June. This lecture will discuss Winston Churchill's firm and steady friendship with the American nation, including his American lineage and his honorary American citizenship. John Ramsden is Professor of Modern History and Director of the Humanities Graduate School at Queen Mary, University of London.

The talk begins at 7.30pm and lasts approximately one hour including questions from the floor. Doors open at 6.30pm and the museum closes at 9.30pm.
